How to Increase Popularity

Everyone likes to get good popularity. It’s many people’s dream that they can go out with many friends almost every day, or there are many friends holding a big party for them at their birthday. It seems so nice, but how to do it? I have some suggestions. Sequentially from outside to inside, we should improve our appearance, politeness, and personality.

When someone sees a person the first time, his or her clothing, hairstyle, and smell must be the most important criteria for that man to judge the person. That’s why appearance is so significant for everyone. In my opinion, clean and tidy wearing apparel can make others feel comfortable; sometimes, neat hair and hairstyle can upgrade impression. According to my experience, smell can also affect someone’s valuation. Bad smell may make a handsome guy hated by people who stay beside him. Contrastively, fragrance can let others feel impressed. Spraying perfume and bathing frequently are two ways to maintain the good smell.

It’s not enough that someone just has good appearance. Politeness is important to increase a person’s popularity. I have some ideas about how to show politeness. When people are communicating, there are some steps to follow. First, say “hi” or “hello” when their eyes catch each other, and adding movement like shaking hands or nodding head will be better. Second, using modified words, such as “plumb” or “strong” instead of “fat” or “obesity,” using “straightforward man” instead of “rude man.” In addition to communicating face to face, using telephone also has many rules, for example, choosing the best time to call, asking the listener if he or she can answer the phone, and saying “good bye” to end the call. Just do the above, and good popularity will come.

Appearance and politeness are outside of our mind. The most important way to improve popularity is by changing the personality. Everyone likes sunshine boys and girls because they are optimists and smile-keepers; furthermore, they may be easy-going, gentle, and kind. It is easy to stay with them. Some of them are also generous not only because they will treat their friends, but also because they never argue with others, or want any repay.

Although appearance is the first impression, if we don’t raise the level of our politeness and have a good personality, no one will respect us. When time passes, people will only make friends with the guy who lets them feel comfortable. Not everyone has a beautiful face, but smile can beautify the appearance, “Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Weep, and you weep alone.” Try to change yourself, and your popularity will come.
