          It’s important to strengthen our body nowadays. We can not only protect ourselves but also keep the ill away from our family and friends. There are three tips to keep a healthy body: the first is to eat more vegetables, the second is to try not to stay up late, and the last is to exercise more.

          Food impacts greatly our body condition. Having three balanced meals in a day and eating enough vegetables is very important and necessary to us. It can nourish and detoxify our body. And I would not eat fast food and trash food before sleeping. These bad foods will let me become fat and have pimples. The unhealthy condition is shown on our body type and facial skin condition.

          Sleeping early, we can not only have an energetic day but also have a healthy body. Staying up late is a bad habit that keeps us from taking a sufficient rest. Our body is like machines. If our body works excessively, it will lose control. The worst situation is our body cannot keep functioning. And many bad things will happen to our body and hurt our health. We cannot be too tired. We should rest sufficiently.

          The last way is to exercise more. Our body remains functional and strong by exercising. Exercising everyday can let us have a healthy and fit body. Exercising sufficiently has a lot of benefits, such as keeping bad things away and sustaining our body.

          Eating more vegetables, sleeping early and exercising enough can help us keep a healthy body. These are all important beneficial ways. If we have a healthy body, we can focus on what we are doing. And we can love who loves us. It’s very important to have a healthy body. If I’m not healthy, I can’t do anything.
