Love Cheddar Cheese Cake

      My boyfriend and I like to eat sweet food, such as chocolate, cakes, and ice creams very much. We like to stay at home and cook some food we like, especially making cakes. He likes cheddar cheese cake and I like tiramisu. On the Valentine’s Day, I made a cheddar cheese cake as my present for him. And the following is the recipe I have and my feelings about making the delicious cheddar cheese cakes.

      First of all, you should prepare the ingredients for making cheddar cheese cakes, including 285g cheddar cheese, 145g fresh cream, crenulated sugar 75g, cake flour 37g, corn flour 25g and four eggs. I bought these materials in the market because I thought the fresh materials would make cheddar cheese cakes more delicious.

Second, you have to preheat the oven to 180℃ and spread the cake paper on the baking pan which you can buy in Tailung Hands. And separate the eggs. Then you will heat cheddar cheese and fresh cream over water until they melt. When they turn cool, you can stir sifted cake flour, corn flour and cream together until the mixture becomes smooth, and then add the egg yolks and mix them well.

The final step, you whisk the egg whites until it becomes frothy, adding granulated sugar and whisk it. And then, you have to mix the ingredients that you prepared in the second step and the final step. Place the baking pan in a water bath and bake it for over 20 minutes. Then you have to bake the cake at 120℃ for 6 minutes. Cover the cake with foil paper and bake for 5 more minutes. The cheddar cheese cake is finished!

These steps seem a little complicated, but they are actually quite easy. You must try it yourself and you will have much fun. You can do it for your family or friends, even do it with them. Actually, you do not need to worry whether the cheddar cheese cake you make is delicious. Your family and friends will definitely love it because it is made by yourself.
