Three Kinds of Graduates

    June is the month of graduation. Many students leave school to work or enter a higher school. Some of them have plans of future before they graduate, but some don’t. I classify these graduates into three kinds: the graduates who have the plan for their future and try to realize it, the graduates who do think about their future, but have no plan, and the graduates who don’t have any plan.

    The first kind is the graduate who has a great plan for his or her future and tries hard to fulfill it. Most of this kind of students are active when they do everything. They are serious about their life all the time, so everything on their list will be done perfectly and efficiently. These people may get a more satisfying job because of their positive attitude. They are likely to have excellent achievements in the future.

    Another kind of graduate is the one who dose think about his or her future, but has no plan. Some of them like to think and image the blueprints of their ideal life, but they may feel lazy to take the actual action. However, some are forced to plan their future by parents or teachers. This kind of people doesn’t have any energy to do anything, so it’s impossible for them to fulfill the future plans.

    Finally, the worst graduates are those who refuse to think about their future and thus naturally have no plan. Nowadays, some students just waste their time and life in school. Sleeping, chatting, playing, being absent, et cetera, are their common behavior in class. This kind of attitude is likely to continue when these students go to work. It is very bad because no employer can tolerate this kind of staff. Unfortunately, many students don’t realize the disadvantage of an unplanned future.

    I think I belong to the second kind. Imaging the ideal future life is a way for me to kill time. But recently, I feel fearful about my future. Next year, I will graduate from school. I hope I can change my attitude and start to plan and prepare for the future. After all, it’s impossible to succeed without any plan.
