Teamwork

Some people like to work independently, thinking they can think something clearly by themselves. However, others prefer teamwork for it can help them deal with things quickly. In my opinion, it is advisable for people to work on a team, which is more efficient, beneficial and encouraging.

Compared with individual work, teamwork is less time consuming and can get more things done. In order to do a big research project, for example, a team is supposed to be set up. If a team is divided into different parts and a person just focuses on his or her own work, the mission will be finished quickly. What’s more, the research is likely to be more thorough than that of individual work.

In addition, different people have different ideas. Thus, it’s beneficial to work on a team than work individually. When doing homework, for example, students always get into many troubles, wondering how to figure them out by different methods. In this case, other classmates might bring up some useful ideas. After exchanging ideas, they can learn from each other, realizing and improving their own shortages, and come to more desirable outcome of the work.

Last but not least, teamwork spirit always inspires people. Nowadays, it is essential for young people to have a creative mind and learn to work with others. After students graduate from college, they will find jobs in companies which require them to work frequently with coworkers. If a person realizes the importance of teamwork, he will build up good social relationships with his fellows. And that is essential to his future development. It is the team spirit that helps him succeed as well as provides him inspiration.

If you are frustrated by working alone, try to work with others. As the old saying goes, Unity is strength. The team will help you, benefit you, and encourage you. Only in this way can you overcome your shortcomings and absorb the merits of others.
