A Healthy Change

      Some of the routine behavior that we think is nothing special can become a slow killer to harm our health. It means many things that we do in our daily life such as eating fast food, drinking beverages, playing on-line games for a long time, and so on, will affect our state of health. When it comes to the inappropriate lifestyle, how many bad habits do you have and they have to be corrected for the reason of health? Bad behavior which we might do every day affects our health, but we are seldom aware of it. Bad habits will affect our healthy body such as watching TV for all night, going to bed at midnight, and rarely doing exercise. If we care about our daily life, we can find some easy ways to change these things we used to do and get a healthier life.

      After finishing one day’s tedious work and returning home, many people want to relax, sit back, and watch TV all night. Even though we can get new information easily through TV, we cannot let ourselves become a couch potato. This bad behavior will make us get fat. Fat people may get disease more easily than the fit one. Staring at the screen for a long time is also not good for our eyes. Why not restrict the time of watching TV, and read more books, which increases your wisdom and improves your reading skill.

      People need good sleep to keep his body in healthy condition. Sleeping well at night releases you from all day’s tiring work, and let you have energy to manage another day’s work, and your organs also need sufficient rest at midnight sleep. If you miss the good time to sleep, you might suffer from many health problems in your future life. Medical reports show that people who have poor sleep quality for a long time have the risk of liver cancer and cardiovascular disease. After sleeping sufficiently, you can improve your work efficiency; as a student it also increases your studying efficiency.

      Doing regular exercise not only keeps your body in good shape, but also makes you stay away from diseases. A suitable exercise will strengthen your cardiopulmonary function and muscles. Doing exercise regularly is good to your physical health as well as your mental health. Exercising regularly makes us less susceptible to depression and more energetic. So, if you do not have any outdoor activities, choose the favorite one immediately and just do it in a wonderful vacation.

      Do not sit on the couch and watch TV all the day, do not stay up late every day and do not be lazy in getting exercise in your free time. If you keep an eye on your daily life, you can find there are many ways you can do to improve your health. Keep your body in healthy condition and happiness will come.
