A Bus Trip to Anywhere

Most of us have the experience of taking the bus. It may be a way to go home or a trip to somewhere. Have you ever thought about a fantastic trip by bus? If you can go anywhere you want by bus one day, what kind of trip do you want to take?

If I can go anywhere, I won’t designate only one place. I want to take a trip through the north of Taiwan. At the beginning, I will visit Taipei, the capital of Taiwan. Along the road, I can look around how flourishing it is. People on the street look so busy. The steps of them are quick. It looks like a picture. In the picture, I can see that people are fashionable. In here, we can completely feel the fast pace of the big city. There are boutiques everywhere. The modern buildings are new and original. Because Christmas is coming, I see many Christmas trees and decorations along the streets.

Then, I leave for Yilan. Along the highway, I see some farmlands out of the window. The steps of the people here are slower than those of Taipei people. They look more leisurely than city dwellers, and they seem not have to race with time. Although Yilan is not as convenient as Taipei, it has some traditional culture that a city does not have. People here seem happier than people in the city. Their faces are smiling when they are working on the farm. What a beautiful picture it is. It looks like life without any pressure. With leisurely life and slow pace, I can relax myself. And I can also enjoy the natural environment that is quiet and comfortable.

A trip from the city to the countryside makes me feel the change from a bustling lifestyle to a moderate one. I like this kind of trip. Especially the transportation means is bus. I have more time to enjoy the view out of the window. Some scenery is beautiful that I have not found before. Every scene becomes a pleasant surprise to me. I like to survey the view along the trip by taking the bus. It makes me feel more relaxed than when taking the train or the airplane. Sometimes I like to take a trip in the city because it is convenient for me. Sometimes I like to take a trip in the countryside because it lets me feel free. I open the window to be closer to nature and breathe the fresh air. The scene changes between city and countryside. I really enjoy the bus trip to anywhere.
