How to Improve My Health

      My mother said when I was a baby I almost cried all day. They didn’t know why I always cried. My aunts even told me they didn’t like me because I was noisy. They even considered I couldn’t grow up. They thought I cried all day, and maybe some day I would die. One day, the doctor said I had a disease. The disease is called “Hernia.” The doctor said I had to have an operation immediately. For my health, the doctor said I had to exercise, increase my nutrition, and go to bed earlier.

      I remember when I was about 5 or 6 years old, a nurse held me to change the clothes, and then I fell asleep. When I woke up, I saw my parents who looked very worried about me. After the operation, my mother let me eat a lot of nutritious food. I remember I ate fish soup every day at that time. Now, I don’t like fish soup because I really ate too much at that time.

      Besides, to take in more nutrition, I have to exercise. I went jogging with my father everyday. I even joined Volleyball Team. Sometimes, I felt a little tired, but I knew exercise could improve my health. So I do it every day.

      My parents told me I had to go to bed at 9 o’clock. Even though I didn’t want to sleep, I had to go to bed. I know my parents were really worried about my health at that time. If I got sick, they would be sad and worried.

      I think health is very important. If we don’t have a healthy body, we can’t do many things and enjoy them. Even if we are the richest person in this world, so what? If we don’t have a healthy body, we can’t enjoy the beautiful life. In my opinion, health is very important.
