The Convenience of Surfing the Internet

Science and technology are getting more and more progressive.

Nowadays, people surf the Internet frequently because it has become a great convenience to modern society. How does the Internet make our life more convenient? I generalize three conveniences the Internet brings to our life.

First, people can stay at home and do online shopping by surfing the Net. There are all sorts of goods on the Internet such as clothing, food, electric products, even cars. We don’t have to walk outside；we just enter the things we need in the searching engine. Then the web pages will show the products you want. After you bid for what you want, all you have to do is waiting for the goods. However, we have to cautiously choose the seller because some dishonorable sellers will sell bastards.

Second, the Internet is an online library. There is countless information on the Internet. The data bases are continuously updated all the time. We can easily find the useful information which we need to complete our reports. The Internet not only helps us gain knowledge but also broadens our horizon.

Third, the Internet let people in different countries get closer. Many people have their own blogs to share daily life. You can express your emotions and let people understand you. This is a way to communicate with your friends, or even strangers.

The convenience the Internet shows that modern society continuously expands new technology to let people have a better life. We retrench our time of shopping outside. And it is much easier to look for information though the Internet. Also, we can make friends with people from different countries and exchange cultures with each other. Surfing the Internet makes our life more interesting and fills our inanity.
