A Healthy Change

      It seems normal for people nowadays to stay up at night. Most people stay up so that they can do what they did not have time to do at day time. Some of them chat with friends, listen to the music, or surf the Net. Others may check mails, watch the news on the Net or watch the video on YouTube. Moreover, it is possible for people who come home late to stay up late because they need more time to prepare for sleep such as taking a shower, brushing teeth and washing clothes.

      Specialists and doctors ask people not to stay up at night because it is bad for their health. They say people who stay up at night would be tired and grumpy. They are at risk for diseases and have a lower immune system. The most important is that people should get enough sleep for their body to repair itself.  

      Although everybody knows that staying up is bad and harmful, most of them still do not want to change. When I go to bed earlier than I used to, I usually feel more energetic and peaceful. In my opinion, everyone should go to bed earlier not only for his or her health, but for a better quality of life!
