Dreams Will Not Die

In ancient china, there is an expression, “A good sleep is without dreams.” However, according to scientific research, everyone has dreams when he or she sleeps at night. Maybe he or she just forgets it after waking up. In accordance with the dreams I can remember, I classify them into three kinds. They are fantastic dreams, horrible dreams and romantic dreams.

Fantastic dreams are amazing. I am happy to dream about them. They make me feel like living in a fairy tale world and make me feel happy. For example, I once dreamt that I was a person who had talents with magic. I could get everything I wanted. If I wanted to fly, birds helped me. If I wanted to be wealthy, I had talents to change stones into diamonds. If I wanted to travel, a forest I’ve never seen showed up.

Horrible dreams are awful. If I can determine what kind of dreams I may have at night, horrible dreams are not my choices. I remember that I was running to escape from someone or something’s hunt. But something obstructed my route; I had no way to escape. I was nervous and then I couldn’t breathe smoothly in my dream. Then, I remember that the hunter caught up with me eventually. So, I woke up suddenly and couldn’t sleep for a long time. And horrible dreams always result in a bad mood in me during the day.

Romantic dreams are awesome. Those sweet dreams make me feel excited the next whole day. I even dreamt about having a relationship with my idols several times. I remember that I saw a Korean drama during the day. The leading actor was my favorite idol. And I dreamt about him that night. I dated with him, saw a film together, had a meal and kissed him. I hope I have this kind of dreams everyday.

Having dreams at night is an enjoyable thing except having horrible dreams. And memorizing them at day time is a good way to relax. Dreams will never die.
