My Experience of Losing Weight

     Losing weight is always a hot topic. A lot of women want to become skinny. Some big guy wants to lose his weight and make girl friends. Females want to become beauty. Males want to become handsome. Many people think the thinner they are the more beautiful they are. “How to lose weight” becomes a hot issue to many people. I have some good method to share with you. Last year, I joined the losing weight which was held by our university. Eventually, I lost ten kilograms with my resolution and patience. I lost weight step by step and I have some effective way to lose weight. I want to share with you in the following paragraphs.

     First of all, you have to make up your mind and know how to lose weight. It’s not a short plan but a long period work. Ask yourself why you want to become skinny. How much motivation do you have? How long is your plan? Is it about one week? One month? One year? For example, if you want to lose 10 kilograms. It‘s hard to finish in one month, because it is incredible and violated our body. You should make up your mind and tell yourself” losing weight is hard work, and it needs your will and patience. ”I think setting up a small goal is important. If you want to lose 10 kilograms I suggest you can start on losing 3 kilograms. When you reach a small goal, you can reward and encourage yourself. You will be satisfied with yourself.

     Second, you need to control your eating. If you don’t like sport or exercise, you can try to calculate the calories you eat. Try to ingest the low calories food, such as fruits and vegetables. Vegetables can make your stomachs and intestines digest quickly. It will make fat and calories hard to store up in your stomach. When you are choosing the food, try to choose the low calories and healthy food, such as wheat. You should avoid high calories food, such as French fries, fried chicken, salad sauce, candies and chocolate…etc.  A proverb said, “All things will come round to you who will but wait” and you will lose your weight naturally.

     Third, this is the most important step in the losing weight plan, but it’s very hard to work. It is doing exercise. I think no pains no gains, if you want to lose weight. You should make more effort on it. I believe at the beginning, you might feel uncomfortable. But once you get used to, you will feel exercise is more enjoyable than you think. Your body will become more beautiful. When you start to do exercise, I suggest you can find a sport you like, such as baseball, basketball, swimming, or jogging. When I am doing sport, I feel more confident than I have done any sport. I suggest you can exercise every day. If you don’t have much time, I think at least you need to exercise once a week.

     Losing weight is a long period work. You should make a lot of efforts on it. For me I overcome my laziness and make up my mind. I control my eating and doing regular exercise. Eventually I lost ten kilograms last year. Hope you can lose your weight successfully.
