A Healthy Change

A healthy change can bring some benefits to us. Bad habits are difficult to change. I have some bad habits needed to change. For example, spending money on something unneeded, staying up late, and my picking at food. I know it is very hard to change my bad habits, but I will try my best to change them into a right way.

I like to shop online every time when I see something I like, I could not control myself. I spend all the money to buy everything I want. I know it is bad to spend money like water. I want to change this bad habit into a healthy way, that is, to spend money on necessary things. I should save surplus money for emergency. I do not save it on eating or for buying an LV bag.

As for homework, I hope I can finish it before the deadline. I often stay up late to work on my homework. I think I need to have a good schedule and follow it. The early bird catches the worm. I hope I can go to bed early and get up early then I can keep healthy.

I do not like to eat vegetables. This bad habit brings a problem to me; that is, I often have constipation. To stay fit I will eat my way to fitness. I will try my best to eat every kind of vegetable. If I change my eating habit, I will become more beautiful than before.

      We can change our bad habits in a positive way, not in a negative way. Keeping good habits, we can have a healthy and wonderful life.
