A Healthy Change

      With the progress of technology and science, today people pay more attention to their health. To be healthier and live longer, they start to change their styles such as doing more exercise, eating more vegetables, keeping in a good mood, etc. In my opinion, changing lifestyle is the best way to improve my health; moreover, I will change my habits both physically and mentally.

      First, I will change my eating habits, because food and drinks have major influence on my body. I will stay away from fast food or something greasy and salty, for eating too much junk food will cause cardiovascular diseases or hypertension. Besides, I will also drink more water instead of beverages, because they contain so much sugar and chemicals. And that is why so many kids are too fat in Taiwan.

      In addition, it is not enough for me if I am only physically healthy. My mind should be healthy, too. I will have to read more books to cultivate a positive attitude and optimistic view of life or help other people to stay in a good mood. All I will do is to make myself spirited anytime.

  In conclusion, it is hard for everyone to be both physically and mentally healthy. Many people, including me, only have one kind of health and always forget the other one, but these two types of health are the most important and nothing can replace them. Finally, a healthy change is necessary, and everyone should find his or her own way to make their life better.
