Working in Groups vs. Working Alone

In our daily life, many discussions are happening around us every day, including projects, business work, creative ideas, etc. We usually have lots of homework and reports when we are students. Sometimes we will have to discuss with our colleagues to think of new ideas or to make a report in a company. Some reports may be completed by ourselves, but I think that working with a group of people on a team is better than working by ourselves. If we work with a group of people, we could discuss the problems, generate more new ideas and accompany each other instead of struggling on our own.

If we have questions, it’s better that we discuss them with others. Sometimes we could find the answers on the Internet, but I think discussing the question with people will be faster than searching on the Internet alone. If we have a problematic opinion, people around us may help us figure out the problem that bothers us. Especially, the students like us have many reports to complete. Why we are always separated into different groups is also because we have to learn to work in a group and discuss the different ideas so that we can learn how to work in the society in the future.

When people gather together, they are likely to generate more ideas. I think that there is a limit if I want to create new ideas by myself. However, every person has his or her own idea and every person is different from each other. I believe that the more people work together, the more ideas will be generated. Like Google, the famous company around the world, will hold many meetings every week. I think that having the discussion is one of the ways to lead Google to be successful.

Working together is always better than working alone because we may make friends and have lots of fun during the process. We may also discuss many interesting ideas during the process. In my experience, we always laugh out loud during the discussion because someone always thinks of many funny ideas and tells a lot of jokes. Being lonely is a scary moment to me if there is not any person staying around me. When we have problems, we always want somebody to help us.

The above are my opinions about working in a group and working independently. I think I am a lucky person because I have many friends around me. They are usually my partners to discuss something or complete some projects. And I feels very happy if some people help me when I have any problems. I believe that working together with people is always better and more efficient.
