Maternity

I believe that “maternity” comes from nature. I have kept a female dog for 8 years. She is like an adorable girl. Everyone in my family loves her as a little child. Therefore, she hates other dogs because she worries that we will not love her very much anymore. When she was 4 years old, we decided to make her pregnant for her health. But we worried whether she would take care of her baby or not. Would she be a good mother? Would she hate her baby? It was time to welcome the new family member but we were sad in this moment. My dog is of mini size, so her womb is too small to contain four babies. Her babies in her womb could not grow up so they died. When we went back home from the animal hospital, my dog was very sad. She looked for her babies in our house. She could not believe that her babies were dead. She did not eat, drink and sleep, just cried and lay in her bed for a long time. At this moment I realized that “maternity” is a gift from God. “Maternity” naturally exists in human beings and animals.
