On My Way to School

On Friday, my mom drives me to school. This is the only good thing for getting hurt on my both knees. It is such a lucky thing for me that I don’t have to get up so early to take the bus to school. It usually takes almost two hours if I go to school in a normal way. (I take a bus to the nearest MRT station from my home, and then I take the MRT to Chien-Tan station to take Red 5 bus to school.) If my mom drives me to school, it takes only about one hour; it is a much faster way than taking the bus. There is another benefit taking my mom’s car: I can see the scenery that is different from what I see on the bus on the way to school, especially in Shi-Lin! There are many trees and flowers on the sidewalk, even though it is in autumn. Some kinds of plants blossom. Though they are fewer than in the spring, I am still really surprised and happy. I love flowers, especially the dense colored blossoms, they always catch my eyes easily. The higher my mom drives in the mountain, the prettier we see beside the road. I seldom notice the scenery outsides on the bus because there are too many people standing in front of me. I didn’t know how beautiful the scenery is until my mom drives me to school. When I arrive, the fresh air makes me think of the blossoms. It seems not so boring to come to school because of such beautiful pictures.
