Baking Cakes Is Easy

       Most people think that baking cakes is difficult and takes a lot of time. Actually it is not. The cake which I want to teach you to make isn’t as big as birthday cakes. This cake could be a snack or tea cake. And this snack is easy to do and will only take you a little time to do. You just need to follow my steps and you are able to make the snack in your free time.

First of all, you need to prepare the ingredients. They are three eggs, one hundred and seventy grams of sugar, one hundred and thirty grams of flour, four grams of baking powder, seventy grams of cream, a little lemon juice, and forty-five grams of butter. The most important thing in this step is that you can’t change the proportion of the ingredients arbitrarily.

Second, mix the eggs and sugar until all the sugar is melted. Then add the flour, baking powder, cream and the lemon juice little by little and stir them well. After that, add the butter which is already melted and stir it again. In this step you just need to mix all the ingredients and stir them well into the paste. Otherwise, the snack will not be very delicious.

Finally, before pouring the paste into the cake pan, you need to smear the butter around the cake pan. Then put the cake pan with the paste into the electric oven which is preheated and set the temperature on two hundred and twenty degrees. After that, bake the paste for ten to eleven minutes and the cake will be done.

Baking cakes is not difficult. If you follow my steps, you can bake delicious cakes. I hope this snack will change your thought about baking cakes.
