Internet Classrooms vs. Traditional Classrooms

I think both Internet classrooms and traditional classrooms have their benefits, but people have different opinions about them. Some people said that students could not learn well through the Internet because they would miss the chance to contact others. In my opinion, students should learn not only the knowledge in the textbooks, but also how to deal with peers, so I prefer learning in traditional classrooms.

A school is like a small society, in which students can learn how to cooperate with others. When they start to work, they would get used to teamwork, but if students learn through the Internet, they may lose the opportunities to communicate with other students. After all, face-to-face communications are more efficient than the Internet. Sometimes people will think that it is convenient to learn anything through the Internet, but they may find it difficult to get along with people after they deal with virtual realities for a long time.

Learning in traditional classrooms makes students gather at the same place, and the teacher can observe students' learning. Although the teacher can use the video to watch students, it is difficult to observe all the students at the same time. Another problem of learning at home is I would not concentrate on learning. It is convenient for many students to learn at home, but I think if I want to study hard, sitting in the classroom is the only way I can learn seriously.

Although we can use the Internet to learn, we still need teachers. When I have some questions, I can ask teachers for the answers immediately, and I also can share my experiences with classmates directly. I think students should learn many things other than those in the textbooks, and the teachers can impart us those real-life experiences, so I think learning in the traditional classroom is necessary.

To sum up, I prefer to learn in the traditional classroom, and it can help me study hard rather than being lazy at home. Sometimes, I would feel tired to go to the school owing to the distance between my house and the school, but I still think the classroom is the best place to learn.
