My Favorite Bakery

Every time I open the door of this bakery, the smell of bread overflows to me. Then the clerk would come forward with a sweet smile and ask what I need. Near the door, there is a shelf with little snacks such as muffins, waffles, doughnuts and colorful macaroons. On the other side, there are French bread, multigrain bread and “Today’s special”! After passing through that shelf, there’s a big showcase for cakes. Cheese cakes or different fruit pies are all here. Whenever I see products made from pink strawberries, I just cannot help but pick up one piece on my tray. We usually see a long queue in front of the cashier which is at the bottom of the store. The kitchen is behind the cashier. I can see the cooks, wearing white chef gowns, are busy in kneading the dough or decorating the cakes. I don’t mind how long the queue is because I really enjoy the smell of freshly baked bread.
