Ideal Jobs

     When it comes to an ideal job, without a doubt, most people will think of the job with high payment and fewer working hours. In my opinion, an ideal job that I would like to do in the future needs not only a high salary and short working time, but also the pension that can support my retired life.

     When looking for a job, I would first consider the payment. Although my ideal job’s payment may not be as high as a common job, I can earn some money every time when the consumer spends money to buy something. To illustrate, there are two banks, and the first bank’s payment is if you let a consumer sign a new card, you will get five thousand; the second bank’s payment is if you let a consumer sign a new card, you won’t get five thousand, but when the consumer uses the card to buy something, you will get 20% feedback. To me, I would choose the second payment policy, because every time when the consumer uses the card to buy something I can get 20% feedback, not just once.

     My second consideration is the working hours. Compared to the common eight-hour jobs, my ideal job takes fewer hours. Continuing to use the bank’s example above, the first bank needs you to work eight hours a day and gives you thirty thousand as your payment; the second bank doesn’t require you to work eight hours, but you need to let five consumers sign a new card and use it to buy something, and then you will get the thirty thousand as well. To me, I would choose the second working hours, since it’s freer and takes shorter time.

     And, I would consider if the payment could support my retired life or not. As I mentioned in the example of the bank’s payment, every time when the consumer uses the card to buy something, I will get 20% feedback. In this payment plan, no matter I work or not, I could still have salary to support my daily life, even after I retire.

     In conclusion, the ideal job that I would like to do must have three basic features: satisfying payment, short working time, and being able to support my retired life. So I would do everything to help myself to get the job like this. I will keep working hard! I know I can do it.
