A Healthy Change

      Due to the unhealthy habits, many people make their body worsen. The unhealthy habits have no benefits for us. I have many unhealthy habits; I almost do them every day. After realizing health is a very important thing in my life, I decided to make healthy changes.

      The first healthy change is not sitting for a long time. As a student, we often need to sit in the class for over eight hours. And we only have ten minutes to take a rest. After going back to the dormitory, I still always sit until sleep. It is very bad for my bottom and belly. According to some research, sitting for a long time would make the blood of our lower part of body unable to run very well. Thus, our bottom and belly would become bigger and bigger. So after having dinner, I have to stand. When I am standing, I would do some stretching exercises. I think that my bottom and belly would not be bigger as long as I follow these steps.

      After entering college, I always stay up late. I did not only cut class but also felt very tired. The reason I feel so tired is I always use the computer during the sleeping time. According to research, 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. is the best sleeping time for our body. During the time, our body is cleaning some bad things out of our body. So the sleeping time is very important. We should sleep from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. instead of sleeping from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. I decided that finishing my homework is my top priority after going home, not playing on the computer. I could do that after I finished my homework. When it is time for bed, I go to sleep and do not play on the computer, which really makes me feel good after getting up.

      I like to eat meat, especially pork. I always eat meat, rice and few vegetables. This bad habit makes me became heavy. Then, I realized that I have to change my eating habits, or I would be too fat someday. According to information on the Internet, eating more vegetables could make our skin more beautiful. Eating vegetables could help us prevent heart disease, cancer, constipation and being fat. After living outside, I eat fewer vegetables. It's very unhealthy. We should eat three-hundred grams of vegetables every day. I have to eat more vegetables so that I could reach the goal.

      To make my body healthier, I have to make these healthy changes. These healthy changes could make my body stronger. Without those bad habits, I believe that I can also have a healthier body. There are still many things that I have to change. For making my body healthier, I am willing to make the healthy changes.
