Finally I got to the pool. Again one month break. Again I've got hypothermia in the pool and... again I've got ill. This made me so upset, that I wrote official complaint but after I got well very unpleasant surprise was waiting on me - my membership card was canceled. I asked what is the reason why it was canceled, but the answer was: "We are private facility and don't have to explain our actions." I have left another complaint because of that. On the next day administrator of the Aquapark Plyazh called me and blamed me that I'm liar because I don't like their service and wanted to attend them. I couldn't believe my ears. As I see it - they didn't provide a quality service, which negatively affected my health but the administration not only failed to take responsibility, they just got rid of me.
I've got new membership card to another pool and today was my first day there.
