Decrease weight to 80kg. DONE
Swim out of 32sec 50m breaststroke or out of 1:07,40 100m breaststroke.
Develop endurance:
Swim 1500m free non stop. DONE
Swim 200m fly non stop. DONE (3:56.23)
Feedback:
According to my annual target list what I see I need to continue to work on technique and speed. Endurance targets were all complete also I managed to drop down some weight but speed purposes remain the problem as I see.
I achieved weight 80kg (176.3 lbs). Perhaps I will need to slice off 1-2 kilograms to make them permanent 80.
Not done. Need to continue work on technique and speed. Need to swim time trial to find out exact result. Also need to split this aim to smaller aims to see the progress.
Endurance
I regularly swim now 1500m freestyle with 3/3 breathing pattern and really enjoy it.
Done. This was the hard one. For a long time I couldn't persuade myself to swim 200m Fly. Finally I did it though last 15-20 meters were pretty tough.
