Good interval workout. First 2x200 were a bit clumsy but others went smoothly. The only problem was 2x50 where I didn't split my efforts well and faint while swimming 2nd 50.

1x400m Free EZ. Rest: 20sec / 400m
2x50m Breast AFAP. Rest: 30sec / 50m Time: 0'42 0'46
Warm down:
1х300m Breast on the back.
