First workout this week. It's 5 day since I started taking Inosine and it's a 1st day I'm taking L-Carnitine. Also I'm taking double dose of Vitrum vitamines + vitamin C 500mg. All small symptoms of cold gone. I feel significantly better. During workout I was tired a bit but I wasn't as exhausted as last week.
