Didn't recover after yesterday's 4x200. When woke up today felt tired. Today I was supposed to swim 2x600 IM/ 100s Breast but after 1st 600m and 200m of the 2nd I felt dizzy so I had to stop it. Warmed down with easy 400 Free and Breast on the back. My coach told that conditioning level isn't sufficient and I need to spend more time swimming aerobically and swimming exercises.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
1x600m IM. 50m Fly / 100m Breast / 50m Back / 100m Breast / 150m Breast / 50m Free / 100 Breast. Rest: 1min/600m
1x150m 50m Fly / 100m Breast. Rest 20 sec / 200m
1x50m Back EZ. Rest: 20sec. / 50m
1x400m Free EZ. Rest: 10 sec. / 400m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
