At the beginning I was planning to swim 6x50 Breast in easier manner with smaller rest in between. But when I started warm up I realized that I'm not ready so I swam faster with longer breaks. I tried to make my hands to work in non-stop manner and that was the hardest part because my hands got sore and didn't obey me so it took way much concentration to make my pull correctly and to make my kick in full amplitude.
After 400 IM I understood that I got too tired of the breaststroke so I decided to shift a bit to freestyle and backstroke.
General feeling.... I don't know.... there were times when I felt my breaststroke technique my better and now... it seems like my body started to rebel. I don't feel my pull, I don't feel my back and shoulders helping to promote me forward as if all my strength left me. And my times are miserable. Damn.
