Another morning workout. Still pretty hard. Today I've done some threshold word though I didn't like the feeling of me technique. I hope it will get easier in about 1 week.

Warm up:
1x600m 1х200m Free.
1x200m Breast.
1x200mBack.
Build up:
1x400m Breast narrow kick w/board & buoy. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
3x {
4x50m Breast. @1:10 Average time was 0:44 - 0:45. Last couple times it got harder - 0:46
1x100m Back. EZ. Rest: 20sec }
1x400m Free EZ. Rest: 10sec / 400m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
