Easy workout after competitions. Working on technique but the main purpose was to get the feel of water and recover after the meet.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m

1x1500m 100m Breast Hands in the lock drill / 200m Free EZ
100m Breast 50m right hand pull left leg kick drill / 50m left hand pull right leg kick / 200m Free EZ
100m Breast breast w/free kick drill / 200m Free EZ
100m Breast 1 pull + 2 kicks drill / 200m Free EZ
100m Breast 2 pulls + 1 kick drill / 200m Free EZ. Rest: 30sec / 1500m
1x400m 100m Breast / 100m Free. Rest: 10sec / 400m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
