It was the weird workout. I felt all that time that I'm running off oxygen. When I breath in air it seemed that it didn't get to my muscles. Also I was coughing a bit. When came home I took a medicine and hopefully it will not happen again.

1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
3x100m Breast drills: 100m Breast pull + Free kick drill
100m 1 pull + 2 kicks drill
100m Breast pull + dolphin kick w/fins drill. Rest: 10sec / 100m
1x600m Breast EZ, passing through the turn - AFAP. Rest: 30sec / 600m
1x600m Free w/wins 50m kick on the right side / 50m kick on the left side / 100m coordination. Rest: 15sec / 600m
1x300m Dolphin kick on the back w/fins. Rest: 10sec / 200m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
