Today is the first day of the tapering. Feeling good. My coach told that I did everything well. Long powerful pulls - he told this kind of pull has future, the problem is that I build lactate pretty fast with such kind of pull and I can swim maximum 50m this way. So this technique is good for finishing at the moment unless my conditioning will be good enough to hold this kind of technique for 100-200m. Also my turns are the issue - I'm too clumsy on the turns especially when I accelerate before the wall.
