A bit hard workout. Nevertheless I could make 8 cycles / 25 m while swimming all out which is much better than usual (10-11 cycles). Pity that there were no coaches I know to track the time.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
2x800m IM 50m Fly / 150m Breast w/free kick drill
50m Back / 150m Breast w/dolphin kick drill
50m Breast / 150m Head lead breast drill
50m Free / 150m Breast 1 pull + 2 kicks drill. Rest: 20sec / 800m
8x50m Breast 25m AFAP / 25m EZ. Rest: 30 sec / 50m
1x400m Dolphin kick w/fins. Rest: 10sec / 400m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
