Very good workout. Felt quite tired after 2nd 800 IM and I thought that I won't have enough strength to do 400 Breaststroke. So I started easy with long glide but tried to make powerful pull involving my shoulders and back after 300 I felt I've got 2n breath so last 75 I was almost sprinting which was amazing.

100m Free recovery-pull-breath drill / 100m Free. Rest:30sec / 800m
