Not exactly what I expected in 8x50 Breast. I tried different tempos making full amplitude kick and powerful pull though that didn't help much - I couldn't come out of 0:40. The only comfort was 3 min drop in 1500 Free which went very good and I wasn't tired afterward.

1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m

8x50m Breast. 50m full effort & moderate tempo / 50m ez. Rest: 60sec/50m Times: 0:42; 0:43; 0:42; 0:41
1x100m Back EZ. Rest: 30sec / 200m
1x1500m Free w/buoy and paddles. Rest: 20sec / 1500m Time: 00:24:58.00
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
