Build up:
4x25m IM 70% MHR. Rest: 20 sec / 25m
4x25m IM 25m Fly 1+1+1 drill
25m Back L drill
25m Breast 1 pull + 2 kicks drill
25m Free recovery-pull-breath drill. Rest:30sec / 400m HR: 19
100m IM - Time: 1'16"2
Water was a bit too warm so I needed good warm up. My back to breast turn was really bad. Nevertheless - 1'16"2 is my personal best after 1'20.
