That was pretty hard workout after yesterday madness. I was shocked that it was hard to swim freestyle part comparing to breaststroke which was much smoother this time. HR was a bit too high - I expected it to be lower perhaps it's because I didn't recover from yesterday. Awakening was very hard as well )))
