Damn, I failed to perform the progressive breaststroke set. Everything went perfect at the beginning - I started very easy, then added 5m acceleration each 200m but starting from 4th rep I started to ride the glide and added too much. After the 5th length which was the best I started to lose that feeling and times increased though I added acceleration. In general I swam very easy, I kept good pace for 200s and swam economically just missed a bit. Original task was 5x200, I wanted to do 8x200 but since times started to increase there was no point in continuation though my coach proposed to warm down after the 6th length and to try to improve my times on the 7th and 8th lengths.
