Damn! I forgot today my goggles! I performed my workout but today my eyes feel like dry and everything I see is a bit blur. Nevertheless I swam quite a good set of 5x100 breaststroke with quite good time. I tried to swim as easy as possible without tension in my muscles. Still I built up lactate and was very tired at the end.
