Wonderful workout. After swimming drills I wasn't too tired and I had wonderful feel of water while swimming last 400 Free / Breast task. Felt great undulation while swimming breaststroke.

1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m

Breast w/free kick drill
Head lead breast drill. Rest: 15sec / 600m
1x400m 50m Free / 50m Breast. Rest: 10sec / 400m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
