The workout went wrong. I spoiled everything. Was supposed to swim 6x200m Breast progressively but I started too fast. After 1st 200 I wasn't much tired but my HR was 29!!! After 2nd HR was 27 and time was worse. So my coach substituted the rest of the set with exercises. Damn! 10 days left to Winter Championship but I seem to be not ready.

1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
2x200m Breast progressively. Rest: 20sec / 200m
4x200m Breast 50m right hand pull left leg kick drill / 50m coordination
50m left hand pull right leg kick drill / 50m coordination
50m breast pull + free kick drill / 50m coordination
50m breast w/dolphin kick drill / 50m coordination
2x 50m double kick breast drill / 50m coordination. Rest: 15sec / 200m
1x400m Breast Rest: 20sec / 400m
1x600m Free w/paddles & buoy. Rest: 10sec / 600m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
