1500 went hard again - my hands became heavy from the first meters, different thoughts again were coming to my mind and hindered me to concentrated on technique and counting laps. I improved my time despite all of this but I didn't like the way it was. 25s breaststroke were wonderful - 1st one I started too hard but my coach told to swim softer so I could catch easy speed and it felt like I was flying.
