Awesome workout. Couple last days I feel sluggish, so I decided to concentrate on technique today. For the freestyle 800s I tried to concentrate on pulling myself instead of pulling water - focused on keeping my hands at the same point where they entered. My HR was pretty law while the time was pretty good comparing to my usual results.
As to sprinting set the first rep I hurried a bit with the stroke so the time was a bit worse - 16.45, but the following reps were all better than 16sec!
