Hard workout. I don't know why but it was hard starting from warm up, especially when I was swimming breaststroke. Last 50m time was 42 sec which is not good at all.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
8x200m 3x200m Breast / 200m Free. HR:18-21 Rest: 20sec / 200m
8x50m Breast 25m EZ / 25m AFAP. Rest: 15sec / 50m Last 50 was 42
Warm down:
200m Free EZ.
1х200m Breast on the back.
