Early workout at 6:30 am. The pool I attended doesn't have kick boards so I tried to use pull buoy instead which appeared to be not easy. Stroke rate in breaststroke DPS exercise was the same - 3 strokes from push, though I couldn't push strong enough from the wall because the wall appeared to be very slippery. Today I added some accelerations which I swam about 70% max effort so I was not exhausted after the set.

1x200m Free. Rest: 20sec / 200m
10x50m Breast push & glide DPS drill. Rest: 20sec / 50m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
