Good workout. I tried to swim 3x400 free with higher tempo than average. Last 100 of the breast exercises I swam with fins and tried to breath every other stroke. The feeling was much better - I could feel my body is higher and I could feel the wave.

Warm up:
1x600m 1х200m Free.
1x200m Breast.
1x200m Back.
Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
3x400m Free w/pull buoy & paddles. Rest: 30sec / 600m
4x100m Breast drills: 100m Breast pull + Free kick drill
100m 1 pull + 2 kicks drill
100m 2 pull + 1 kick drill
100m Breast pull + dolphin kick w/fins drill. Rest: 10sec / 100m
1x400m 50m Free EZ / 50m Breast 80% concentrate on strong pull. Rest: 20sec / 400m
1x200m Dolphin kick on the back w/fins. Rest: 10sec / 200m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
