Today I swam 100m Breaststroke test. I don't know how come I did such a terrible split. The task was to do couple strong pulls after the break out, them couple strong pulls before and after the turn and strong finish. In between I was supposed to swim easier with longer glide. First 50m I swam pretty easy - I did accelerate after the start and the turn, the rest of the distance I maintained the pace but didn't put much effort into the pull. Perhaps accelerating on the turn was a mistake because after that i felt that much lactate was built in my hands and I hardly could complete the distance. Forgot to write that i swam it in the drag suite.
After the workout had some good time in the steam room and massage.
