Well, it was first training in SCM pool after a long time swimming in LCM. It wasn't easy as I thought it gonna be. Because of double portion of turns which I try to do as good as possible I felt running out oxygen. General impression - it was unusual.

Pool length: 25m
Warm up:
1x600m 1х200m Free.
1x200m Breast.
1x200mBack.
Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
10x50m Breast push & glide DPS drill. Rest: 20sec / 50m (Average was 2.5 - 3 strokes per length after push from the wall and breakout.)
8x100m 100m IM / 100m Breast. Rest: 20sec / 100m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
