So tapering started. All 25's went well though regretfully only the last one was timed. Most of the 25's were in 10 full strokes - the last one was in 12 - by that time I got tired a bit.

50m Breast pull + dolphin kick drill / 50m Breast

Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
