To swim out of 32sec 50m breaststroke or out of 1:07,40 100m breaststroke.
To swim 50m LCM breaststroke in 00'34"8
To swim 100m LCM breaststroke in 01'16"40
To swim 200m LCM breaststroke in 02'45"00
To swim 50m SCM breaststroke in 00'33"7
To swim 100m SCM breaststroke in 01'14"40
To swim 200m SCM breaststroke in 02'40"80
To win gold medal in Ukrainian Masters Championship
Feedback:
None of my annual aims was fulfilled. :( I could improve some times but that is not sufficient. Have to admit that I overestimated my abilities.
The closest achievements:
I swam 50m LCM breaststroke in 00'35"08 and dropped 0'00"08 from PB time. Still need to slice 0'00"29 to achieve my purpose.
I swam 50m SCM breaststroke in 00'34"65 and cut down 0'00"75 from my PB. For SCM still need to drop down 0'00"96.
I finally could swim out of 01'20 in 100m Breaststroke SCM which is my PB - 1'19"38. Nevertheless that is still far from the desired 01'14"40.
Same thing is about 200m breaststroke SCM where I had my PB result 2'54"47. Still almost 11 sec to drop to achieve my goal.
Some other good points are breaking 30 sec barrier for 50 freestyle SCM - 00'29"40 and 1'15"17 for 100 IM SCM which is my PB as well though didn't have any plans for these distances.
Again silver medal for Ukrainian Championship. Chasing gold seems like chasing a ghost. :-(
In general goals for the next year remain the same.
